Bethany started reading at the age of three, reading Preston Pig, a popular British series featuring a football (soccer, in Canada) playing pig! Bethany considers Queen Elizabeth I her role model because she was a strong, independent woman. In her spare time, Bethany can be found reading, skiing and watching or listening to Hannah Montana or other pop music. She has a dog named Murphy, a cat named Abby, and a 15-year-old sister named Anna.
