How did you prepare for the Bee? To prepare for the bee, I first did a written test of the words in the Spellit booklet and then my mum said the words and I spelt them out loud.

What’s your favourite word, and why? My favourite word is PARFAIT because it was my winning word and it tastes good.

What was the first book you read? The first book I read was “The Foot Book”

How old were you when you learned to read? I was 3 years old

What’s your favourite book? My favourite book is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

What’s your favourite TV show? My favourite TV show is Big Brother

What kind of music do you listen to? I listen to all kinds of music including country, rock and rap

Who do you consider a role model, and why? I consider my grampa, Larry Fox, to be my role model because he is smart, nice, gentle, and cool and loves sports, just like I want to be.

Do you have a favourite teacher – subject? My favourite teacher is Mrs Tanja Coghill, and my favourite subject is reading

What are your hobbies? My hobbies are reading, playing on the computer, hockey, baseball, and karate.

Please tell us about your family members and pets (if any): My parents are nice and quiet and my sister is a bit on the loud side. I have a big family and everyone gets along, sometimes.

Tell us something interesting about your home town. Something interesting about Thunder Bay is that there are at least 7 NHL players that are from Thunder Bay and hockey is big here.
